A field goal from Elizabeth Hill padded the lead for the visitors to 10-2, sending them on their way to a 16-4 lead following the first by closing out the quarter on a 6-2 run.

A good first half for Cold Springs ended when Kinley Campbell scored as time expired, moving the margin to 37-12.
With balanced scoring in the third period, the lead grew to 55-19, creating a running clock for the final 8:00.
Cold Springs moved within one game of clinching home court for the Area 13 Tournament, needing to win Friday at home vs. Falkville that would eliminate the Lady Blue Devils.
For the third straight game, Cold Springs had to play without PG Camryn Crider, who is recovering from an ankle injury.
Crider told Sportspage she is probable for the weekend with the Lady Eagles hosting Falkville Friday and meeting Locust Fork on the home floor Saturday.
St. Bernard will try to end a four-game losing streak on Thursday at Vinemont, then play Whitesburg Christian Academy Friday for homecoming.
The homecoming game will be aired live on WKUL-FM (92.1) around 5:45 p.m.
